OUR RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call our offices at 815-403-0000 or email us at QyamarJewelry@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the instructions provided by our customer service associates. All returned items must be shipped or brought in original condition, unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.

Silver Items
• Silver items may be returned by mail or in person within 14 days of delivery for approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• All returned silver items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Gold Items
• Due to high value and for authenticity verification, all gold items are eligible for return or exchange only in person at our showroom.
• Gold items cannot be returned by mail.
• Customers must obtain an RMA and present the item in original, unworn condition with all documentation and tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
• All gold returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Custom Orders
• Custom orders, including name plates, wedding rings, and personalized pieces, are final sale and not eligible for return.

Layaway
• Items purchased through our layaway program cannot be refunded.

Upgraded Orders
• Items upgraded from previous orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery of the upgraded item, according to the same return policy.
• All upgraded returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Watches are high-value items. All watches, regardless of whether they have been worn, cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
• Orders are processed immediately upon placement.
• If an order is cancelled before shipping, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
• If an order is cancelled after shipping, it will be treated as a return, subject to applicable fees.
• Orders refused at delivery are subject to all applicable fees, including restocking and cancellation fees.

Orders containing high-value jewelry, including gold items, may be subject to enhanced verification or alternative payment options such as bank wire transfer, Zelle (business), or in-store pickup.
Order Review & Cancellation
Orders that cannot be securely verified may be canceled and fully refunded prior to shipment.

Attorney Fees / Dispute Resolution (Mutual)
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to any transaction between you and Qyamar LLC, if Qyamar LLC is the prevailing party, Qyamar LLC shall be entitled to recover from you all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in connection with the dispute, including but not limited to those incurred in litigation, arbitration, or other proceedings. Qyamar LLC as the prevailing party also shall be entitled to recover its attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in determining its attorneys’ fees and costs as the prevailing party.
